Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, depending on item condition and availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging, if applicable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including accessories, sale items, and items marked as final sale.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by FAY Boutique.
